By registering for or using FWDH AI Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using FWDH AI Studio you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

FWDH AI Studio offers free and paid subscription plans. Features, usage limits, and pricing for each plan are described on our website and may change from time to time with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) using your selected payment method. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may disable auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Paddle. FWDH AI Studio does not store your full payment card details. Their terms and privacy policies govern the processing of your payment information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes generating illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

The Service, including software, branding, logos, and content we provide, is owned by Freedom Wealth Digital Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of the prompts you create and of the outputs generated for you, subject to the terms of any third-party AI provider used to produce those outputs. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (for example AI model providers, storage providers, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third parties.

FWDH AI Studio lets you connect your own third-party accounts (for example TikTok, Instagram, or Printify) from Settings → Connected Apps. You connect each account yourself through that provider's official authorization flow, and you may disconnect it at any time from the same screen. You must own, or be authorized to act for, every account you connect, and your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. We never publish through a Freedom Wealth Digital Hub account on your behalf and never connect your content to another user's account.

Where a connection is active and the relevant provider capability is approved, FWDH AI Studio can send content you have created to your own connected account as a post or draft. Publishing is always initiated and confirmed by you — nothing is posted automatically. You are responsible for the caption, privacy setting, disclosures (including any required AI-generated-content disclosure), and compliance of everything you publish. Provider approval, rate limits, scope availability, and outages can delay or prevent publishing; in that case you can still download your content and upload it manually.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, that any content you upload or generate does not infringe the rights of others, and that outputs you publish are reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, change or withdraw features, and depend on third-party providers whose outages can interrupt generation or publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Wealth Digital Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Freedom Wealth Digital Hub, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time.

We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that adversely affect existing paid subscribers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Freedom Wealth Digital Hub is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
