Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you create an account (such as your name and email address), payment information (processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store your full card details), saved prompts and projects you create, and usage analytics such as feature interactions and pageviews. We also collect device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URL) and cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, personalize your experience, process payments, send transactional and (where you have opted in) marketing emails, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and analyze usage to make FWDH AI Studio better.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, analytics, AI model providers, and payment processors), when required by law, or with your consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights contact us at fwdhaistudio.support@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including AI model providers, payment processors, analytics services, and email providers. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data transferred internationally.

You may optionally connect your own third-party accounts to FWDH AI Studio from Settings → Connected Apps. When you authorize a connection, the provider returns an access token (and, where the provider supports it, a refresh token and its expiry) together with basic account identification such as an account or user identifier and a display name or handle, plus the list of permissions (scopes) you granted. Tokens are stored encrypted on our servers, are never exposed to your browser, and are never shown to our staff or administrators. Administrators can only see operational status — provider, connection state, token expiry, last successful request, and last error. We only request the permissions needed for the features you use, and we do not read your third-party inbox, contacts, followers, private messages, or analytics unless a feature you explicitly use requires it and you granted that permission.

If you connect TikTok, we use TikTok's official OAuth (Login Kit) authorization flow. The authorization code is exchanged for tokens entirely on our servers. We receive your TikTok open ID and basic profile display information, and — only where you have granted the corresponding scope and TikTok has approved the capability — the ability to upload content you explicitly choose to publish or send to your TikTok drafts. We do not post anything without your confirmation and we do not collect TikTok data beyond what the scopes you approved return. The Instagram integration works the same way through Meta's official OAuth flow. You can disconnect either account at any time in Settings → Connected Apps; disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and connection record from our systems, and you can additionally revoke access from within TikTok or Instagram. To request deletion of related data, contact fwdhaistudio.support@gmail.com and we will delete it within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
