This policy describes how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work at FWDH AI Studio.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We will email you a receipt after each successful renewal. Turning off auto-renewal in your account will prevent future charges.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may, at our discretion, offer partial or full refunds in cases of duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or failure of the Service to deliver core functionality.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact fwdhaistudio.support@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
Where a free trial is offered, the terms of the trial (duration, features included, conversion to paid) will be presented at signup. You may cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
