Freedom Wealth Digital Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of FWDH AI Studio to do the same. This policy describes how to report copyright infringement.
If you believe content on FWDH AI Studio infringes your copyright, send a written notice to fwdhaistudio.support@gmail.com that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Knowingly filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability.
